We practiced some sums and worked together as a class to solve some mathematical additions. Students have been assigned to write two sentences for their homework, and write words #13-18 four times.  I've encouraged students to create their own, original sentences. Then, we completed a writing assignment using the "Hamburger structure". Students wrote about what they loved about Grade 2. Students have been assigned to write two sentences for their homework, and write words #7-12 three times. Also read the story if you have time.
